Red Albacore Curry. A smooth Thai red curry with large pieces of wild-caught Pacific Albacore, with vegetables and a touch of lime & basil. Medium spice level. Serve over a bed of jasmine rice or eat right from the pouch.
Ingredients: coconut milk (coconut cream, water, xanthan gum, carageeman, and guar gum), west coast albacore, red potatoes, carrots, red curry paste [jalapenos, shallots, fish sauce (cured anchovy, salt and water), ginger, garlic, canola/olive oil blend, cilantro, lemongrass, paprika, brown sugar, coriander, shrimp paste (shrimp, salt), lime peel, black pepper and citric acid], onions, brown sugar, fish sauce (cured anchovy, salt and water), tapioca starch, water, sea salt, ginger root, lemongrass, gelatin, thai basil.
